The Tasting. 2.30pm Farm 255. The butcher, the baker, the coffee roaster, the midwife, the intern, the farm apprentice, the prodigy, the attaché, and of course the farmer and the restaurateur were all there. And Chef Terry wowed us all with colon crushing butcher boards of burger wow.
