2nd from the back...oxtail, gnocchi, baby carrots, rainbow chard, shaved parmesan

3rd from the pig....roast tenderloin, buttery cabbage, crisp apples, mustard seed, golden raisins

4th from the front...beef cheeks, spring onion purée, shaved young beet salad, toasted pistachios
